Returns Policy

At Emerald Blinds & Curtains, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your made-to-measure blinds and curtains, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read our policy below for details:

Refunds:

Non Made to Measure items: If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase of NONE Made to Measure items, you may return them to us within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, the items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.

Made-to-Measure Items:

If the goods are custom-made to your specifications, you will not be able to change or cancel your order, return the items, or request a refund. This is because production starts as soon as we receive your order, and the goods are made specifically for you in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund promptly. Please allow us some time to complete this process.
